Terms of Service

Minimum Order Planner is a browser-based tool that takes a supplier's minimum order, pack multiple and price tiers plus the demand assumptions you enter, and shows, as ranges, the cash you pay, the stock that may be left over and the quantity that may be short for each candidate order quantity. The service is in beta, operated by BSW Beta Lab. These terms are an unreviewed draft.

1. Scope and nature of the tool

• The tool runs in your browser from static files. Item names, supplier terms, prices, demand assumptions, saved scenarios and recorded actual results stay in your browser's local storage and are not sent to our servers.
• Results are calculations under the supplier terms and demand assumptions you entered. A demand assumption is not a forecast or an actual order. A result does not mean any quantity is the right one and does not prevent losses, stock-outs or overstock. Ordering and pricing decisions, and their outcomes, are yours.
• No supplier integration, account sync or automatic ordering is provided.

2. Pricing and payment

• Free: you can save up to 3 items and 10 scenarios. Comparing candidate quantities for one item without saving is unlimited, and the spreadsheet table (CSV), data file (JSON), backup and restore are available. Printed tables carry a free-version mark.
• Pro: a one-time payment of $19 (USD; a draft price, not yet market-tested). You can save up to 200 items and 500 scenarios and the free-version mark on printed tables is removed. There is no subscription or ongoing fee.
• Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which also calculates taxes. This tool does not collect card details or payment passwords.

3. License

After payment a license key is emailed to you. One key can be used on up to 3 devices (browsers); deactivating on one device frees a slot. Do not share or transfer your key. If a key is refunded or disabled, Pro turns off; your saved records are not deleted and can still be downloaded, but new saves beyond the free limits are not possible.

4. Refunds

Refund requests within 14 days of payment are refunded in full. Contact us at the address below or use the order confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy. A refunded license key is deactivated.

5. Your responsibilities

• You enter the items, supplier terms, prices and demand assumptions. Decide yourself whether information covered by a confidentiality obligation to a supplier may be entered. Do not enter personal data such as names, ID numbers, phone numbers, addresses or bank accounts.
• Demand assumptions are your own values and are not verified by us. If an assumption is wrong, the result can differ from reality.

6. Data and backups

All data lives only in your browser's storage (localStorage), so clearing browser data or losing a device can erase it. Download a full backup file regularly. We do not hold your data and cannot recover it. When you restore a backup, the tool checks the file structure and recomputes the checksum stored in the file. This checksum is not protection against tampering; it only filters out files that are damaged or are not a backup of this tool. A file that is edited on purpose and given a recomputed checksum can pass.

7. Limitation of liability

The beta is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid; responsibility for ordering decisions and any resulting stock or cash losses is yours.

8. Changes and termination

Features, pricing and these terms may change. We will not unfairly reduce the benefits of a perpetual license you already bought. If the service ends we will announce it on the site first. Backup files you downloaded remain yours.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
